Sasuke only has amaterasu. He has some other form of genjutsu. Naruto is screwed. But Naruto has that thing he got from Itachi whatever it is. Naruto is seriously weaker in comparison to sasuke in almost every aspect except the amount of chakra and will power. Unless he gots some godly hack and some powers of the main characterness, it's never gonna happen.

He will win because he is Uzumaki Naruto the Number One Ninja in surprising his opponents and with a lot of heart and passion, a young Ninja Warrior who would self-sacrifice-will his way to achieve his goal!

Yeh he should learn water. Remember when the 2nd hokage used the water element against the third when Orochimaru summoned him, the ANBU soldier was saying how awesome he was for creating water from chakra, instead of using water that exists. That would explain you need alot of chakra to produce water. Since Naruto has an infinite source of chakra, water works as well.

And if he could be like his father the yellow flash, he would be perfect.

Personally sasuke is a terrible character to me, he has no depth.

1) he only wanted to get stronger
2) wanted to use strength to kill brother
3) found out brother wasnt all bad
4) now wants to destroy konoha

i hate sasuke at this point, people talk about Naruto (and yes i capatalized him, lol) and his lack of drive but he has so many goals its unrealistic to a point. the fact that he uses his emotions for a better outcome shows that he is more understanding than sasuke

even with all the killer techniques and bloodline abilities including the gift from Itachi (that was a good guy) sasuke is still a punk to me... he just idols on with that stupid face doing the same thing, nothing

i think that after Naruto figures a way to gather the chakra for the sage technique quickly its game over (also i hate genjustu. its a b!t@h move, im sorry kurenai sensei)

Only way I can see that happen is if he unlocks that secret power Itachi was talking about.

I loved the naruto series and i loved the naruto character because he is so passionate...yes, I think Naruto can surpass Sasuke easily.

I think Sasuke has become very strong, but Naruto will surpass him. It's always the same story, the protagonist needs to overcome his rivals.

I think Naruto will find a way to get Sasuke back if only if can control the 9 tailed fox and surpasses his fears and be himself. Naruto is the type of peron who as a gift that can change a persons life and he can relate to many of the other characters in the manga.

I think it would end with that typical Protagonist vs Protagonist's ex-best friend fight.. how it ends though.. I got no idea.. Kishi has a sort of mean streak lately.. . I guess it's good for dramatization.. but hey. Naruto probably will figure out how to use that Sage technique.. I'm assuming kage bunshins to gather the natural energy while he moves and pawns people. Still, Mangekyou Sharingan vs Sage? Still looking pretty close to me.

Don't really know what he could do but he will surpass Sasuke for sure because he's the main character and I think there's still more for him to do, and he will do them whatever they are because that's the type of character he is (never gives up). He never seize to improve, though he acts stupid sometimes but that's just one of his characteristics as well. I remember reading an article about the creator of Naruto, he said that he doesn't like smart heroes. Just like me, I personally don't like Sasuke, because he's smart, and lets admit that he's quite stronger now, but having those strength and intelligence makes him arrogant and cocky and he's not the type of hero that I idolize or like. But you know, I never thought that he would turn out to be such a big disappointment. I can't believe that Sasuke actually thinks that he has natural talent, Itachi has natural talent because he doesnt rely on Orochimaru's curse seal to make him stronger.

Sasuke definitely relied mostly on his cursed seal that he recieved from Orochimaru and Orochimaru's power. So it's not convincing for him to claim he's stronger than Naruto whereas Naruto trained hard and never relied on the kyuubi sealed inside him, unless it comes out of his anger. Until Sasuke can win me over I will never accept the thought of him being stronger than Naruto because he's not and Naruto will definitely surpass him but I really can't think of anything or don't know how that will happen.

If you were to be logical about it then Naruto would never surpass Sasuke because a) Sasuke is much further ahead, b) Naruto is entirely dependent on mentors and teachers whom he is running out of quite fast... c) Sasuke's Kirin! Jeez that thing can toast Naruto before he could even blink d) Sasuke now has Itachi's dojutsus e) Naruto has too many enemies and he's intent on finding Sasuke whereas Sasuke has one goal and has no real inhibitions about killing people.......

But Naruto will end up one up on Sasuke simply because he's the title character. I suspect Sasuke will do something along the lines off lock away the nine-tailed fox with his eyes or something along those lines but I don't think he'll be the more powerful one in the end...tragically.
