Well although there is some discrepancies in the story there is a purpose oro's purpose was really to make sasuke stronger and he fulfilled that role that was the whole point of him being viewed as weak in the first part by akatsuki to show they were the real bad guys waiting in the background for the perfect time to strike. Kabuto im sure will show up again but in all honesty im not to sure if you will be to happy when he comes back as he may just appear to show how much the characters strength has increased. Also i find it interesting that everyone says kishimoto is god modding the uchiha's(although it is sometimes true) has anyone realized that sasuke has now reached his peak the mangekyou is just replacing the cursed seal and now they are show the humility of the uchiha clan. Trust me on this one soon a certain character is gonna become all powerful when he realizes a mentor who he looked up to almost like an uncle is gone. And through training of course will be the greatest and then you will complain about sasuke gettin da shaft. Then the anime cliche's will begin again muhahahahha

Hey Orochimaru gave Sasuke, Anko, and all these other losers the curse makr.(Exclude kimimaru) But I dont remember Kabuto having it. You woul think that Orochimaru's right hand man would have it, Unless Kabuto's kekkei Genkei stops it. But thats just me thinking here.

That would make things very complex. I mean since Kabuto has Orochimaru's DNA implented in him (in whatever way it might have happened), there is still a possibility for some tiny bit of Orochimaru overtaking Kabuto bit by bit. Orochimaru maybe invincible, hehe,... <- this is pure speculation from myself... but should Orochimaru ever be revived I'm gonna go crazy... real crazy because this guy scares me to death.

I think he's a goner already. Probably will make his last appearence, but if you ask me, he's done already. No point to drag him back just so everyone could see who kills him and how. But I might be underestimating his powers now. First when he appeared, there was all kinds of suggestions that he would have some weird awesome powers, but nothing like that has been shown. Just the red eyes and that's all. Maybe Kishimoto forgot what he was for anyway...
Also, i think that "Naruto" is really going to far with all these immortal guys... like the ones in akatsuki..lets see, Orochimaru could change bodies , Sasory was immortal cuz of his puppets, hidan had his god and the other guy had the extra hearts...did i forget anyone?

Maybe Kabuto's going to like naruto.
Just like naruto using the nine-tail power to fight , he's going to use Orochimaru's abilities to be a big threat to konoha or other villages.
I think he's not likely to die anytime soon.

I think he willb be a replacement for Oruchimaru because he was his loyal servant and became apart of him or Orochimau of him dunno i think we will see him again but for sure a a Enemy of Konoha and Akatsuki because he has give Naruto The Akatsuki Memberlist

Yes I too want to see him in the manga but since he hasn't got a role on any part of the on going story we just have to wait for his appearance maybe when naruto masters sage techniques and sasuke has almost gathered the kyuubi's
