As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. O_O Well, it seems like Kakashi is getting pwned, but he still ...*might* have a chance if Tsunade's slug thing reached him in time. But judging by everyone's unwillingness to really talk about it...x_x *is confused too*

*sigh* Seems sort of final though...what with all the blood spatters and sillhoutte and him visiting his dad. Must have hope!!

Kakashi won't die because I believe there is still a significant role that he will play with Naruto and Sakura's ongoing search for Sasuke. Usually when a main character dies, it seems that they have worn out their usefulness in advancing the story. Plus who would be Naruto's mentor?

Kakashis won´t die... he is Kishimoto´s favorite character. I won´t believe he would let him die in such a vain. If he truly is dead, there has to be a super high reason why he had to be sacrificed!

Everything indicates tat kakashi is already dead but according to my experience reading mangas, you cant believe someone is dead without his/her body, sometimes even with it, the character is alive using crazy ways

one of Tsunade's slugs protected Kakashi same as everyone else when the area was leveled. Why bother to protect a corpse, when the effort could go toward helping someone who can be saved? We know he was out of chakra, but I don't remember that being an automatic death sentence.

I can buy him being so seriously injured that he's slipping away, but dead already? Even ignoring the widespread habit of suggesting someone's worm meat and then pulling out The Big Save, there's enough wiggle room that I can't write him off. Honestly, the man's spent so much time in the hospital he probably has a suite reserved.

I really dont want to believe it but I have a feeling that Kakashi died. But I hope that he is just in a coma or something because Kakashi is one of my favorite characters.
