Haha it IS cute. I don't know if it's submittable...it's a little simple...but that simplicity may be the best part about it. Missing some shading on the clothes...like, you have it in the hair, but not on the clothes...the clothes look a little flat, imo. Eh.

1. this is not a acceptable resolution for submission at AP.
2. the vector is too rough at places. and it's unsmooth at places.
3. the vector seems blurry for some reason..o.O
4. the bg is way too simple
5. the effects on the text is too much.. and usually. simple beats.. 100 effects on text.
6. border.= not very nice. and also the border+background are both too blurry
i suggest you to design draw via pen tool a new bg that adds to the scan and help present haruhi better.

On the first post, the second image with the many chicks, if you changed the background to something a bit simpler colored, instead of bright crazy colors, it would probably make a big difference. The image does seem a bit blurry, but it’s hardly noticeable to me, but then again I can sort of hardly see! ^^:P. You can do it without a border as well it’s basically just that the background colors aren’t matching well with the images, either try one solid color or a color with a gradient. ^^

This is a very cute image of Haruhi *^_^*
I suggest maybe keeping a simple coloured background (like, using only 2 or 3 colours) but experiment with interesting brushes to make it more interesting~ I think the 'EHHHH' is very cute, but if you want to keep it it's best to not have it stand out so much. Have fun!
