At first i thought my wall look okay but when i look at it again, there was something wrong with it but i can't figure out what. could you please help me?

There is some fuzziness on the character's clothes and feet. I am not sure if that is intentional, but it looks off because it is only on the bottom. If the background was fire, for example, it would make sense. Also, I think that a different font would be better for the text. You should also try to add some more interesting things. Possibly add something to the background.
I think you'd need a better quality scan first of all. It also needs to be vectored better. The background is to blan looking. Maybe whenn you get a better scan you could add a scenery background or something along those lines. The text needs to be 'jazzed' up a bit. It needs a better font, something to make it stand out more. Good luck, I hope I helped. ^^

There are extraction errors in the scan- such including ones in the bottom right corner of the character.
The character should also be vectored to improve the quality, and the text should either be fixed or removed.

lol um...besides that...yeah Saber needs to be cleaned up a bit...looks really lq...also, it'd be nice if you could blend in saber into the background a little more...right now it just kinda looks like she's just...on a background. Not raelly much interaction at all...
