Haha, I totally agree. I loved the outfits from CCS - they were just so adorable!
I also have to say, I love the outfits from Code Geass - they are just so cool, and, well, I've always been a sucker for those cape-outfits, so Lelouch/Zero's outfit is awesome in my book (as well as Suzaku's).
Bleach, Cardcaptor Sakura, FullMetal Alchemist and I don't know why but RahXephon.
Bleach - Need I explain my reasoning? They just look so darn cool. I'm not a particularly big fan of the anime, but I do read the manga and they have some really nice outfits in both.
CCS - I adore this series, I adore CLAMP and everything they draw. They're inspirational. Sakura had THE best costumes, every darn episode they were different. It's the reason why I love anime so much, her costumes. They're to die for.
FMA - I just have a thing for the uniforms, that blue uniform, lol. It's hideous in a sense, but I love it. Don't ask.
RahXephon - I'm in love with Mishima's dress. That yellow dress with the bow, it's iconic. And, I picked this serious not because they have super cool outfits, but the characters actually looked good in whatever they were wearing. It looked...normal for a lack of better words.
Sometimes people in animes just wear the same thing, like in Pokemon, Ash...wore that same hat, that same jacket, those sneakers, the jeans for the longest time ever.

Some characters in many animes dress so fashionable that I think they cannot move normally = =||||||||||
I would have to say that in all anime's there is always someone that is very fashionable and you can't just pick one of them, they all look so cool, cute, or just nice...lol...

I havent seen that many Animes so I cant say I have encyclopedic knowledge of every Anime characters fashion sense, but I can say from what ive seen Holland from Eureka 7 has a nice get up... very nice indeed.

I'm into the realistic type of clothing, and for that I'd say the first and foremost winner would be Paradise Kiss, since the entire manga/anime is all about fashion anyway. I also enjoy Cowboy Bebop clothing (Spike) and Utena clothing as well though.

I think anime like Paradise Kiss are pretty fashionable. Although, not especifically, many series have a few recurring characters , which do have a a good fashion sense

I think Prince of Tennis has the most fashionable ones... especially when they are doing their hangouts such as billiards or bowling... at least they are not like other animes who never changes their clothes xD
I like Negima! when they're on class trip thay have really cool clothes and also I like their school uniform! Otherwise Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne is not bad at all!

I'm very fond with the fashions in Bleach, NANA, and Paradise Kiss. I think I'm a freak of Ai Yazawa, she's just so wonderful with the clothing she gives to her characters.

Basically any series by CLAMP. They have the coolest fashion designs, especially Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles...all those beads, layers...and wow...just gorgeous! Especially Sakura's clothing in that series, she has beautiful dresses and head dresses, it just amazes me that they can come up with so many unique designs! I love to design fashion like that, but I could never come up with so many unique ideas!

The bleach JUMP drawings and intro/ED are very fashionable. Very modern.
I think it's in Nana or Paradize Kiss that the characters are the most fashionable
