Well i dont like it, the wings look much like over use of the smutch tool and the strange background behind the figure under the dragon hurts my eyes
Its a good idea, but needs a bit of improvment would I say

I think the background figure is a little too overpowering for the wall. maybe the foreground charcter should be a little larger and make the background "dragon" (i don't know if that's what it is for sure...) a little more detailed. it seems like a vague shape instead of a picture.
all in all, i'd say it's a good idea with a few rough spots. it's worth a congratulations though. *pats on back*

Much better, and a neat idea. Still needs a little cleaning up however.
The background is a little boring and the black in the texture of the bottom half is makes it look messy. If you are looking for a firey effect try looking up some of the light techniques here: http://www.photoshop101.com

Both the dragon and the character are too fuzzy, and the wings look weird. You do have a good start going for you so don't be discouraged. Creating a good wall can take a lot of time depending on what you want to do.

I'm not much of a fan of the background behind the character. It just doesn't look well. The character also looks a little bit fuzzy, and the whole thing just looks "weird". Keep on trying!

Not bad, but still needs some work:
- Mai is still burry
- if you really intended for a grudgey background i suggest you download some brushs
- try using other colors, all i see right now is pretty much yellow
- mai's hair seemed chopped off. =O
- you still kept the signature "Copyright Olzone" at the top, i think you should read the FAQ again.
Keep at it! GANBADE!

I like the top part of the background but the bottom part is just...eck...doesn't look right at all ^^;
Like Aphoticphoenix said, some firey effects would be nice, and the tutorials he gave you are good so take a look at them.
Other major problems I see:
-Bad extractions
- Blurry scans
The extraction of the girl is really obvious, especially at the top of her head and at her right hand. At other parts of her body, I can see jagged outlines...Here is an extraction tutorial at: http://imanimetions.net/tutorial/tutorial.php?view=extract
This tutorial teaches you how to use the lasso tool; however, I personally prefer the pen tool since it's a vector tool and makes clearer outlines. Whichever way works for you is good, though ^^
I don't really know how to help you with the blurry-ness of the scans...you can clean the scan but blurry-ness is hard to fix unless you have the same scan at a better quality. Actually, I'm not even sure if you're using a scan in this...it looks like a screenshot and screenshots are usually not suitable for walling unless you vector them.
I'd suggest you find a better quality scan to work with.
Anyway, hope that helps and good luck with this ^_~
