It's a good start. i really like the black/red swirly thing at the bottom. but the saturation seems to be off alittle, did you use color burn or something? the reason i ask is because the demon's (?) eyes in the bg look weird. you can't really make it out that well. the black is too black and the whites of the eyes look all pixelated and weird. naruto is alright i suppose, not sure there should be shadows for his irises though.
For the love of god, get a scan. I know what your trying for, and if you re-do it a bunch of times you might just get it right, but for all that is good and holy in this world, get some scans. By the way, the background also doesnt look so hot, If you want the nine tail fox to look like its grinning, than use a jaw that looks like it came from a fox. Right now it looks like youv'e got some sort of ugly oni behind naruto instead of a fox.
And now the casting for the actors is almost complete,
as we begin the third act.
All that's left is to wait for the curtain to rise.

Like MythDrannor said, use scan. the wall has not good quality. to be honest you have made naruto very ugly *_*. and the fox eye, i can see from there that you have used blur, and much blur... if you whant to colour a scan from the manga, visit this link and learn how to colour a black/white image:

Ok, I sympathise with their not being any scan of anything in that position, but if you want to put up something that looks that bad, and be asking how to make the WALL better, thats what your going to hear. The audience will invariably focus on the worst part of the wall, and that happens to be naruto right now. Yes, nine-tails eyes look better, but I still think you need to do something with his teeth. Re-position them or something, since right now they just don't look right. You may want to look at the muzzle of an actual fox and put the teeth in appropriate places.

hey to be honoust, for a start this aint bad, but Naruto looks a bit weird. If you really wanna create the atmosphere that he is in influence of Kyuubi, try adding some red spiral aura around him, that way you'll cover naruto as well wich might look better then it is now.
The 2nd is his headband, why does the Konoha logo pop out? It never does in the series so maybe an idea to remove the emboss on that one.
The problem on Naruto is that his hair looks a too much 3d, it aint bad, but its just too much.
I liked the teeth in 1st version alot more, and the eyes simply suck @ the 2nd. Just keep going till you got it just right, goodluck!

The face part doesnt look shadowed like the rest of the body for naruto...
