Well im out of ideas.. exept turning the pointy sticks in to a more water like thingy..

Do you have a link to the wall so we can look at it?
Personally one thing that bothers me is the outlining of the main image of Naruto - it's inconsistent, you've got thick outlines on his clothes, thin outlines on the whippping tails, and no outline for the hair.
Why do his feet disappear into the ground? If that was meant to be some flying dust vortex effect, you'll need to work on the part in front of him - the fill looks like earth texture; it should have the same white dust look of the rest of the vortex around him.
Background concept is pretty cool, but the pupil slits seem a bit off to me, because of the sharpness of it's edges, is it possible you forgot to change the blend mode to 'add' or something like that?
