I've been watching it on youtube ever since I read a bit about it in my anime magazine! It's hilarious! My friend watches it too, I have to say the funniest episode so far was episode Five when Hikaru and Kaoru got in a 'fight' and Haruhi helped me figure out which one's which! Smart 'guy'!

Ouran high school is really funny. At first when I started watching the first few minutes, I almost threw teh remote since my reaction was:
"YAOI!"
Then, it's a good thing that I endured... it really wasn't.
And it's now one of my favorites. I really wished that the episodes keep on coming. It's really hard waiting for a week for another one~!
The manga looks deceiving as well. But, I'd rather watch it than read it~!

tamaki is so kawaii expecially when he continously tries to get haruhi's attention.. can't stop laughing =P all the host club's members are really amazing ne? XD
my favorite is kyouya.. he looks so cool ^^ and also, honey-kun! can't wait to see the "other" side of him.. haha! i've read the valentine's special from the manga.. and he's so scaarryyy... XD

Yeah @ 1st....my impression of Ouran High waz YAOI!! coz my sis waz reading da manga but once i started watching da anime...im glad it waznt & i found myself getting hooked on it...& i'm a guy! but yeah...its freakin' hilarious, but da twins crack me up xD

For real, I never ever heard of ouran host club in the manga, I just saw the preview of the anime, watched the first episode.... and laughed my guts out!! I looove it... there is no aspect of it that makes me think otherwise.... and although some of you know the story line..... it seems like its going to get more serious in a couple of episodes from now...... I would say out of the characters, my favorites are tama, hikaru and kaoru.....THEY ARE JUST TO AWSOME! maybe because I feel a litle identified by them.... (not in terms of beauty... even thought Im gorgeous...) and its like laughing at one selfs own defects....... its too cool!

So far, I've watched up to episode 9 and I gotta say that this is the most hilarious one I've ever seen. Especially episode 9. I also love the plot and there's still lots of directions the animators can take to make this one of the funniest anime series (in my opinion) you can find and even the animation is absolutley fantastic.

Really happy they made it into an anime. They are moving the series along rather quickly though. Its already 10 episodes and they are on book 3/4 of the manga series.
I like the anime, but I haven't see much of the manga. I think it's kinda sad that there aren't as many host club wallpapers at this site.

What do you think will happen when they caught up to teh manga, I hope they don't start just making weird filler episodes outside of the manga. I hate whne they start doing that, it just makes the anime boring.. (Bleach, Naruto)

I just wanted to ask somebody that is watching the anime, do they include the story about Alice in Wonderland? It's one of the funniest side stories in the whole manga that i've read.
If it wasn't included anime watchers will miss Tamaki starring as Alice.

Wow, it seems like everyone said what I think, so I won't be adding much to this topic. I've checked the manga so to see if the anime series was different from it. How amazed I was to find out that most of the jokes of the series were directly adapted from the manga! I think I prefer the anime version though, because it's funnier to listen to the shrieks that Tamaki-senpai gives when Haruhi does some kawaii expression. Oh, and Kaoru/Hikaru couple is the most hilarious and sexy I've ever seen!! Kyouya-senpai is sexy in his own way... remember episode 8 when

@~Mikka YEA!! Well, actually I knew cause I read the manga.. =P But when I was reading the manga I was like, "Oh my god!! What's gonna happen now?". It was totally unexpected. I gotta say, this is by far, my favourite shoujo anime. In fact, it might very well be my fav anime, seeing as other animes never made me laugh and cackle this way, nor did I wan't to watch it over and over again, unlike Ouran. Bisco Hatori is a genius. ^_^
Ouran is so good, that i watched the first ep like three times when i first got it. it's got all the elements that make it a l33t anime: romance, comedy, a cute heroine, etc
