As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

When I finished the anime, I did think the ending was kind of...abrupt? Well, that whole scene just didn't work for me, so I started reading the manga. Sorta. I sort just skipped the first chunk of chapters until I got to where the anime ended. Anyhow, the anime, I think doesn't really need a second season. It's nice the way it is, and I think can't really continue the way they ended it and all.

It was an okay anime, I didn't like all the excessive nudity and gore and stuff, didn't really think they needed it. I thought it was a good storyline though, especially when they go back and do the flashbacks...

I think the anime was great. Wouldn't change a thing, a second season would just ruin the ending. (but i guess i do miss it a little)

The ending of the anime is better than the manga imho so it´s better to leave it like this

I 2nd that. They should leave it as it is. It made me cry when I watched it.

It comes 2nd after Full metal Panic in my list of favorite anime's .

The industry shouldn't milk it like they did with School Rumble (1st & 2nd series were great, but the OVA's were so terrible - I want to shoot the guys who made them) & Neon Genesis Evangelion.

I normally don't like gore at all.. but I enjoyed this series. I wish there was a second season as well! Nyu was so cute.. >w<

I lack Serie It is good to read the manga only that its very end I was thinking as he said "of the Japanese classic" and therefore the best thing is violence, among other factors, I would have liked a final NYU with that guy
