This is my favorite anime for now. I know there is a second series that just ended today or yesterday? in Japan. But I think this show is underrated, maybe because it's depressing lol? Well I think it fits well in the most general sense. Hope they'll make another season or an ova about reiko.

I think it's underated because it's a bit slow and it's one of those animes where "nothing happens". I find it very relaxing to watch.

I already watched the first season and will start with the second as soon as I have some free time.

This is one of my favorite animes/manga and it is really good. I also think that it is somewhat under rated for having a overall good story line.

It was recommended to me by a friend. Like said by utena, it's one of those relaxing animes like Moyashimon. No pressure to watch it at all haha. No suspense etc. But it was interesting nevertheless. Nyanko-sensei was plain amusing. Worth watching and recommended.

And definitely underrated.

Amusing, calming, gives you certain sense of peace. Watched both seasons and I'm missing Natsume already :P Openings and endings were great as well. My personal favorite is Ano Hi Time Machine which I hear at least three times a week.

In my opinion it was a great anime because it didn't have all those big guns and hot girls(not that I don't enjoy those too) It was very quiet and was one of those that you could curl up with on a rainy day and watch. It is alot like Mushshi, which is one of my hands down favorite anime. I think that producers need to make more animes like Natsume Yuujinchou and Mushishi. They really allow the story to go in a different direction then world domination and destruction(I'm looking at you Gundam) But all in all I think it was a good series and one that I love to watch again and again.
