Let me introduce another legendary Anime which is a classic among the old schoolers:

City Hunter

City Hunter is the story about the infamous sweeper and Pro Killer Ryo Saeba who happens to lose his partner Hideyuki Makimura, only to be entrusted with the roll to take care of his sister the hot tempered sister Kaori Makimura who becomes his sidekick and punisher for his Mokkori-women approaches.
Unfortunately he has that horny weakness for the opposite sex which causes Kaori to get jealous and "HAMMER him down" with her special Hammer.

Additional Characters include the beautiful Saeko Nogami, Umibozu, Reiko Nogami and later on others...

City Hunter is awesome despite the fact that it doesn't get anywhere in 4 seasons and about 140 episodes, the characters are just so damn likable.
