A combination of boredom and fresh snowfall produced these:[attachmentid=102]This one was actually an accident. I didn't realize the camera was set to time exposure, and I ended up taking a 25-second long exposure shot. Cool, i tried that effect with my older cameras, was great!!, try taking picture with 5 seconds exposure while driving at night...it would be awesome... i plan to borrow my friends camera and try to do it in a busy intersection soon, but i don't have the tripod nor a wide angle lenses... *sob...anyway, its cool!!kuman

The first thing that came to mind when I saw the first picture was: "You can't set snow on fire!"Ah, snow, how I miss thee.
We got nearly 4 inches of snow today in a couple of hours, so this is the first 'real' accumulation we've gotten here. It doesn't snow here but its really cold right now. Ah ha ha, I like your snow 'fire' very much.It has snowed here but it was only very thin and it's all gone now. But maybe when it snows again I'll take a picture. It's very pretty. It's like little bits of white candyfloss falling from the sky ^_______^ Ah snow. We had a fair bit last year; maybe in January...
