For anyone who hasn't found out yet, season two of Code Geass recently got announced and will start airing in spring of 2008.

YES!!! WoOO! Finally I can see the continuation of the huge cliff hanger they left us on the last episode of code geass. Can't wait for spring
After that last episode I was yelling NoO!! Don't stop there, you guys mad us wait so long for the double episode 24-25, then you're making us wait again! No!! But finally the time has come for the 2nd season to come out!!
That just made my day, I can't wait what happens next!

I was waiting in anxiety for the second season to be announced. They mentioned before that there would be a sequel, but since Japan loves to continue their stories in those little hard-to-collect games, novels, drama CD's and such, I was worried about the medium for a moment. Thank you for clearing that up. Can't wait to see what happens next!

YAY!!! S2! but... the title reads: kono Zero wa Lelouch nano? (this Zero is Lulu?) and the one smaller reads : the person with the mask is a secret... Did Lulu DIE??!!!!! don't tell me that new kid at the center page is the new Zero?!! I really missed Lulu~~~ hopefully Lulu didn't die >_< Suzaku/Karen, if Lulu really died (if either of you have shot him) I'm NOT going to forgive you!! I'm still wondering if Lulu really die? Why do they want a new Zero?! Crap~~ now I really wish I didn't read or dunno how to read the title. T___T WHAT IF LULU REALLY DIED??!! I wonder will I still watch Geass... but what's the use of another Zero when the new Zero has no Geass??!! I really can't make a guess/speculate!! Geass gives unbelievable surprises, for instance, Euphie's death... It may be another surprise for Lulu to die by Sunrise... but Sunrise wouldn't be so crazy as to jeopadize the money-raking(rake fans money) Lulu rite?!! In Newtype mag, Lulu manage to climb up to the first place(finally for a change, bored seeing Kira being the 1st every month :S) in the monthly character ranking page. I CAN'T READ THE PRODUCERS MIND!! *goes crazy, vomit blood, pulling hair*
I'm curious what will fans' respond be if Lulu really died...I just want to know Lulu's alive T_____T what's the meaning of watching geass when Lulu is DEAD?! no one will go after the king then! Who else will go after the king if he died... haha like as if Suzaku will avenge Lulu to rebel the King... God~~~~ save me~~~ I can't stop myself from speculating... I must stop here or else AnimePaper will have my head detached from my neck T____________T

FINALLY. I've been dieing to hear news about this (just like with the freaking dub...). Those images look very promising for an interesting second season. Can't wait till spring rolls around!!

I certainly can't wait. I'm rewatching the entire first season in anticipation. (Bit early, huh? Eh...)

I hope they don't keep C.C.'s whereabouts a mystery for too long. I don't think she'll die, but I can just see them making us *think* she died for a while until--surprise surprise--she pops up out of nowhere to shock the hell out of us. Or maybe they'll do that with Lelouch. We'll see...

Couldnt have come at a better time if you ask me. I cant wait to hear the english cast. Now we can enjoy geass 2 times a week :)

Wow that took quite a bit of time. Long wait for last 2 episodes then now again for another long wait for a series 2. Long wait but im sure that it'll be worth it especially since things are heating up and lelouch's plan is finally in action, every episode will be like the climax of the show! 100% gold.

Yes Code Geass Season 2!! I can't wait to see it i have been waiting forever to hear about the second season and its finally coming. So many things happen last season and i wonder what the conclusion will be.

After that huge cliffhanger, if they didn't make the 2nd season faster, i'll sue them.

Spring? Thats a really long wait! Guess I'll re-watch the first season again. I'd like to see another Geass user though. Would add a little something more into the series. Oh! What if Suzaku gets a Geass. Now that would be a turn of events!

I might be barking up the wrong tree here, but according to my logic...

Suzaku can't kill Lelouch knowing that the exploding Sakuradite could (and probably would) kill them both - he's got a Geass on him that prevents him taking any action that would lead to his own death, remember?

Lelouch can't die like that. It's just impossible.

My main concern is that the trailer stated it's been one year since that time (assuming the fight at the end of season 1). Problem with a time skip at that juncture is that the series was still riding the climax at that point, so it's going to be a big issue if they did do the time skip that way. This may completely break the flow of the series.

As I said already, the first few episodes, considering how season 1 was ended, could make or break the series. It doesn't look good right now in my opinion. Here is to hoping though.
