First of all I must say that I’m not new, my original username here is ‘’sanya’’ but because of this problem that encountered ever since Animepaper4 was released you left me no other choice but to register again under different username.
As I said when AP4 was released I wasn’t able to login under my original username ‘’sanya’’ because it wouldn’t accept my password. I tried to reset my password hundreds of times but till now I haven’t received any email with the resetting link.
I also asked for help from some people that I know here on AP but they aren’t either able to help me or they just forgotten me. I also sended an email to one of administrators regarding this problem but until now I didn’t get any response.
So, I’m asking you now would you please help me with this problem?
I want my old username back, because I have on it some walls that I posted. After this is fixed you can delete this username or ban it (do whatever you want), just help me login with my old username again.
PLEASE HELP!

This doesn't exactly qualify as a "BIG" problem. It also hardly qualifies as one I can help you with.

If after using the password recovery form you haven't wound up with the appropriate email it would indicate one of two things.

1) You're checking an email address that differs to the one you registered with.
2) There is some form of filtering on the address that is redirecting it or removing it.

The reason I may not be able to assist any further is because of the nature of security. Its all well and good for you to lay claim to an account but it is difficult if not impossible to prove. To that end we will not release the password / reset the password or otherwise breach the security of the other account on the off chance that it is not yours.

Further to this we cannot manually recover the password to an account as it is encrypted.

All I can suggest is to check any possible email addresses you may have registered and if this doesn't provide access to your former account, that you learn from this and take more care with your details in future.

It would be a big deal for you if you weren't able go on this site for more then a 1/2 a year and you tried everything possible to fix this problem.
No there is nothing wrong with my email box...long before the Animepaper4 i also had to reset it and i got the email,now i don't...don't you think that's a bit wierd?

Essentially you are requesting that we violate the privacy policy. This will not be done under any circumstance.

If I were unable to browse the site for a half year I certainly wouldn't be falling out of my tree over it. I would simply start again.

I'm a sanja's friend and I can confirm it's her. I can see why you are so worried about privicy policy, but that does not mean you can just leave her account with the wallpapers and stuff up, she deserves to post them again with the new account if she can't log in at that.

I think you can see that all the data provided there matches those of her account here.

I've been following Sanya's problem for some time, it seams her password here at AP have some improper character that won't allow her to login (change from v3 to v4?) and for some weird reason the reset password mail does not get delivered though it's the same mail (you can also check her mail at animepaper and match with deviantart). You can also note that her username and wallpapers match those of Minitokyo.

So, enough identity proof ^^ I agree it's not much to loose the account, but you should at least transfer or delete the wallpapers so she can use them at her new account.

Gee...you're a big help...if you still don't beleive me then go on my MT site www.lenne.minitokyo.net I'm using the same email and you can see my walls there that i had under sanya username...

The fact that sanya's user dosen't log for 8 monthes (let's see .. ap4 is 8 mothes \o/) is also a hint =p

None of this is conclusive evidence. It is little more than circumstantial conjecture. Identity theft is all too easy to fabricate when it comes to electronic data.

As said before we will not breach our privacy policy.

There is no grounds for you to argue this.
