Hi, I submitted this scan (thumbnail):
Submitted to Kami no Mizo Shiru Sekai category, and was rejected. Later, I submitted it to kantoku category and rejected again. It just doesn't accept it. Penalized once btw.

I just rejected this scan, it was submitted to Kami no Mizo Shiru Sekai, when the correct category would be Kantoku. It has not been submitted again since I've rejected it, and it wasn't fined. Over the course of today, you've submitted multiple scans in the wrong categories, so I'm sure that's where you fine came from.
That's what i thought: rejections handled by different moderators. Then, what should I do?

Right, but Kantoku isn't the official artist of the series, so as stated in the FAQ, doujin arts belong in the artist's category and not the series. Try reading the scans part, and you'll understanding how to submit.
Ok, I was wrong in the first atempt. But as I said, submitting in Kantoku, it was rejected. Now that I have some papers better not risk them, probably, the submission would be handled by the wrong mod.

I also submitted a scan to a wrong category to days ago. ~_~
I think it would make things much less troubled if you would be notified about the right category in the pm you receive aswell. I think a lot of members don't submit their scans again because they aren't sure what different category it could be then or they are scared that tehy would submit it wrong again and will be punished.
The mods should maybe take that into consideration.
If that would be too stressful simply ignore my suggestion =\

Consider that we dont necessarily know which series / artist a scan is from and may be rejecting on the basis that we know that the scan doesn't belong to the category submitted to.

Okay that's a reasonable point. I don't know why that didn't come to my mind... 
Well I guess when you want to submit a scan it's your own duty to search for the artist/series in the end...
