2 Walls

I really like the Elfin Lied wall. Here are a couple suggestions:
1) tone down the background a bit, maybe soften it once, or fade it a touch
2) The text needs to be brought forward, currently I think the text layter is BEHIND the textures in the background, i would recommend bringing it forward and allowing the background to fade through, as right now it really detracts from the text. Dont' worry about the text overpowering anything, as it will not
3) Make sure the scan really stands out, that is some really neat extraction technique and it deserves to be highlighted ;) I think toning down the background will help a lot
4) Sharpen up the edges of the extraction, right now there you can see where it was "cut out" of the original scan, maybe some feathering or adding another layer will help smooth that out (mainly on the right side)
5) watch bleeding or blurring, as on the left side of the extraction of the character she is really dark and bleeds into the background, and that is ver distracting

Hmm, about the samurai champloo wallpaper... I like its simplicity; however, that scan has been used a LOT, so you need to make yours stand out. Maybe try making the background more interesting, with textures and patterns. Just make sure the line-outline of the character stil stands out
good work, keep it up!

cool!
Interesting idea... it has potential, now you just need some way to ensure that the character image stands out ;) maybe texturing inside of the lines (or outside) to help differentiate it from the background?
looking forward to seeing the updated Elfen Lied wall

I like what you're doing with the Champloo wall, but the edit you have now doesn't really seem to stick... Think of Mugen's personality when you do it. Perhaps you could have the outline for Mugen be black and have the background alternate with the colors of blue and white? [Think of Jin...] Just to have a sort of contrast...
Cool! i like the contrast on the last champloo wall
nice work

I think that one's pretty good, I'd submit it. ^^ Let me know when it's up, I'd love to give a comment on it.
Thank you, Alchemic... Although i'm now quite used to be rejected, i uploaded it. :D
i'll get back to you about the result

Yeah...I had a KH wall that I did and it got rejected. I'm honestly not sure why, as I got good reviews on it. But I guess they saw something wrong with it. I guess I'll just have to re-work it. It was probably the color on the background.
