I was looking for great wallpapers and somehow I came here.
I got blocked when I downloaded 12 wallpapers.
It says I need to do something else besides just downloading it. So here's my question.
Is there a limited download per day or do I need to do something to be able to download more? If I do, what?
I'm not sure exactly what to do on anything

I still don't understand how the system works yet lol there is probably information somewhere but I havn't bothered to look. When it says contribution I think it means you could comment, post on forums or submit content. I havn't had any problems downloading wallpapers now lol I think if you just comment or even better submit stuff if your that kind of person the system should allow you to download.

They want you to be involved rather than simply downloading everything off the site!

Bandwidth is expensive and there are limits set on downloading etc (esepcially related to scans... which cost paper). However, as tokidoki mentioned, part of it is related to activity. If you give to AnimePaper, Animpaper gives bakc to you *chuckle*
