Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Spirited Away is the anime that made me became obsessed in animes. The plot is that there's a girl name chihiro who went into a bathhouse and need to find a way to rescue her parents that turned into oigs because they ate the bathhouse's food that they provided for guests. (It is far more interesting and complicated than what I've explained)

What do you think of this anime??

I liked Spirited Away a lot - and whats surprising - i was on it at cinema in my country! i sow a dvd in a videoshop! and i sow spirited on tv at christmass! *_* its was really hard to find any anime in normal shops here but since mononoke hime and spirited away there's more and more things to buy... so, thank you ghibli!

i liked mononoke and the grave of fireflies best. hope Miyazaki will make alot alot of more nice movies like those he made till now.

Oh yeah, "Spirited Away" is great! ^-^
It was the Anime I showed my mother to let her see, what my hobby was and she was impressed. She even watched "Howl's Moving Castle" with me in cinema. But we both agree, that "Spirited Away" was better.

I liked Haku a lot (He's such a nice dragon). And the little soot thingies! They were so sweet, I fell in love with them!

There are always so many cute things in Ghibli films - the little ghosts in the forest in "Princess Mononoke", the roboters in "Castle in the sky", the scarecrow in "Howl's Moving Castle" or the soot manikins.

I like Porco Rosso. I think that was the best anime from Gilbli or I think it's that best.

Spirited Away was my first Ghibli movie, and definitely not the last!

I found the storyline to be really trippy - Miyazaki is a genius! - and unique. The characters were also outstanding, with the animated sootballs, mud monster, and mask creature (whom i loved, by the way) putting a smile on my face everytime i saw them.

Another Ghibli movie which is just as good as Spirited Away (if not better) is Howl's Moving Castle. Definitely worth a look!

Apart from Spirited Away, which I found absolutely amazing, I've seen Princess Mononoke and Howl's Moving Castle (oh, and On Your Mark, actually a videoclip) . I totally love Miyazaki 's movies, they're extrordinary and so heartwarming. I'm going to see some more from Ghigli studio...

Yeah.. heartwarming is a good word to describe Miyazaki's movies. They have some kind of magic aura, with a such a sense of serenity. It's always a pleasing experience to watch Miyazaki's movies.

Spirited Away was the second Ghibli title that i watched. I quite enjoyed it, the art quality was top notch, which is to be expected in a movie. The first movie being Princess Mononoke.

I saw Howl's at the cinema's and bought the 2 disc LE when it came out :D. I've enjoyed all Ghibli movies i've watched. The Cat Returns wasn't as great or as magical but it was still enjoyable sadly it was pretty short, being 75mins *thats including the end credits*

i've seen the good majority of them too.
Princess Mononoke
Howl's Moving Castle
Pom Poko
Kiki's Delivery Service
Laputa: Castle in the Sky
Porco Rosso
Spirited Away
The Cat Returns

All as enjoyable as the rest. Just wish there was some kind of boxset *legit ones :P*

It's a deep anime movie.

I remenber watching it when it just came out, but I was like a kid, I couldn't understand it well. so I found it every boring at that time.

But one friend of mine convinced me to watch it again as I get older, so I did. I was touched at that moment.
