The extractions is nice and the size of the wall is nice too , the background is simple if you want the wall not simple use many brushes maybe help you in the background but your background is nice and the colours is amazing , good luck.

I liked the very first picture you did the best of the three with your option number 2 coming really close.
The first wall looks better ^_^

Still a very simple background for my taste. I think you could improve better your background using fractal brushes maybe. Are you using photoshop CS?? Your second wallpaper looks like you used the tiles effect...
I liked your first wallpaper option (the other 2 not much as for the first one)...
Consider adding some text related with the name of the characters or the name of the anime...

In my opinion, I who first this far better, but the background of pictures not this good, I like the combination of colors, brown with beage, I suggest to you could make images vectoring of roses behind twins, and in fact to change the font. I hope that this also helps you.

The background is too plain, like others, I'd suggest piling on some texture/brushes. But better still, if you can actually create a vector scenery, that would be even better.
