Well first of all...those are really nice girls dude (you're a dide right ?)
well...the extraction...really need some work on the details....
you forgot to extract inside the left girl's hair...and you extracted something you shouldn't...you extracted some hair next to the left girl's hand...
the left girl's ass looks weird (and hot...but most of all, weird) because there's no border line...
and the worst thing is that the scan was to small, the right side is cutted off !

It's a nice idea but the feet & the hair of the characters are cut at the right & a part is missing.
The background need more work, a glass texture or effect isn't enough.
The font need to be changed with a better blending.

Really not this badly, but what I believe that fails is the image, I believe that notices some parts that have not been in hair net, in addition I believe that you could improve the typeface, you could prove many more ways so that you have left to wallpaper precious, good luck with your next works n__~.

Hmmm the extracting isn't too bad...though there are still bits of white. The scan is missing bits of hair and a part of her foot too, maybe you should place them in a different way, maybe on the opposite side of the wallpaper? OR you could go into The AP Gallery and find the same scan in the Category Tenjou Tenge and extract it out and use that?

Hmm not really liking the mosaic texture thing, maybe getting ride of it and using some brushes would work better? You can find links to other websites which post Photoshop brushes here ^^ You need to also add your sig to the bottom of the wallpaper!! Have fun!

Yeah the scan is cut off in certain places, most notably her foot, and you need to clean the scan more. The background is actually nice but too plain. get rid of the fonts and a font that suits the wall/background/theme.
U know what would really be a cool effect, if you placed the scan behind that mosaic of the background so that it looks like Aya and Maya are pieces of a puzzle. just an idea tho! Hope that helped!
