Well for some reason this wallpaper got rejected because of "quality" again though I don't really know what they are talking about because I've seen wallpapers uploaded on here with far worse quality than this (that and I saved it at 10 quality in photoshop, pretty much nothing is lost at that number). If they are talking about some of the parts in the picture that fade out or something (well its hard to explain you'll probably see) then I left it that way on purpose, that was the effect I got and I left it that way.
Anyways, there is no way for me to fix this wallpaper anymore because I deleted the photoshop file (I always do XD maybe I should keep them from now on till I know for sure my submission stays on here..aye this happened twice already, but at least in the other one I could fix it). So I will just have to post it here and let people see it that way. Keep in mind if you do any suggestions I can't go back and fix anything, with this one that is just impossible to do. But I would appreciate comments anyways :3 Well here is the wall from, The Omnibus Collection

sorry for putting circles on it but i wanted to show you what i think they mean. The yellow circles i made are the areas that have a different quality then the rest of the image. I didnt circle every area but im sure you get the idea. For instance any of the circled areas is of less quality then the robot in the sky. quite frankly, it doesnt look like you "meant" for it to look like this because it doesnt look very good at all imo

Well I'm sorry it isn't to your liking however I'm not dumb and of course I noticed these things in the wallpaper but I guess unlike you I like how it came out, but what you circled isn't a quality factor, its an effect factor. That's what the picture looked like with the texture I made behind it and setting the picture to "Hard Light" that's just the effect that came out. It did it to the entire scan except it is more visible in certain area's in others its not because it may be too dark. But I guess its a preference thing, as the first person commented he/she liked the wall, as do I. And others like yourself who maybe think the "quality" you pointed out was a mistake on my part (when in fact it wasn't) don't like it as much. And you also wouldn't exactly know what I "meant" for in the picture now would you? I AM my biggest critic, I am an artist that is a perfectionist, I know my mistakes better then anyone else, I noticed one on this wall (that you didn't point out) that WAS a mistake on my part, except no one was grading me on that. But that's alright it's been posted on minitokyo for others to see it and I have it for myself to use. Thank you for your comments anyways, I do appreciate critique, though I don't appreciate others thinking they know what I "meant" for the picture :3.

My only concern is the over exposure of the sides as they look like they got burned in PhotoShop.
You can fix that by using the smudge and blur brushes. Add the dodge and burn tool for extra heaps of quality.

I'm personally not fond of the color though. I believe you can make it rainbowish without making it look like a disco dancefloor. Yep, I guess that's about it.
