I'm curious, were you referring to AP protecting from members wallpapers being ripped and taken elsewhere?
the only way this can truly be protected against would be to have a watermark option available, but that however would void the purpose of the wallpaper.
art theft is a common, and major issue on the internet. all that can really be done about it is to hope you can find out who is doing it, and ban them so they can't anymore. this is where you come in. if you should find a wallpaper elsewhere that belongs to a member here, first check to see if it's the same person, then, if it's not provide a link and report it. sometimes, with the help of other users, we can track down the person and act accordingly. sometimes is the key word.
if you look into it, you'll find that art theft is as issue on every art community. the next best thing you can do is make people aware, and solicit responses, don't use foul language, but make sure that the person accredited for stealing the art is humiliated where they posted it, not here (you have no real proof). also, report it on the site it is posted, so the admins of that site can remove it.
there is no way to eliminate art theft, only ways to combat it.
