Recently, I haven't been able to download wallpapers. Since then, I've made some forum contributions, commented wallpapers, and cleaned out my cookies. I even stayed off the site for a full day (and then some). But I still can't download wallpapers. I have 1900+ papers, so I'm not quite sure why this is. I can see scans just fine. Help!

Well, I am a really busy college student who doesn't have any of her computer art supplies; they're all at home in a different state! I'm not particularly good at making wallpapers; I'm in the process of making one with a really outdated program, but it's taking a while. Plus I'm a little stuck due to a mistake on the original artists' part. Plus I don't want my wallpapers to be rejected (again) and I have little confidence because I have no clue what anyone is talking about when they're talking about vectors etc.

Anyway, can I not start seeing wallpapers again until I upload wallpapers?

Nobody said anything about wallpapers.

The point is the system has checked you as a leecher, until you act like a regular member again it has suspended your downloading privelages.

Well, this is what session zero is for - you just need some free hosting like imageshack and you're good to go.

Plus is you get some posts going there and elsewhere on the forum, like bantam said, and I'm sure you'll be viewing walls again fairly soon.
