Well i am planning on getting thre ps3 even if it is about $800 dollars
but my motivation for this
is because i want to play the remake of final fantasy 7
i loved that game in ps1
but if it was that great with its current graphics
i cant imagine how much better it is going to be of they remake it with better graphics
i am also going to get it for the psp
but i want it on the ps3 because i'd rather have a controller

Yeah, a FF VII remake will be awesome. I want one since i watch that demo in the net.
I want that remake and a Sonic the Hedgehog game. Oh! King Of Fighters and Soul Calibur of course.

Well, I'm not planning on getting a PS3, but if they do release a remake of FF7 on it, I would get one straight away. FF7 is my favorite game ever, and I would love to play it with high quality graphics (I saw the tech demo). I also like the look of Metal Gear 4, but it doesn't look special enough to convince me to buy one.

In a move sure to surprise absolutely no one whatsoever, Square Enix had some choice words to share in response to the latest rumors regarding a possible Final Fantasy VII remake. The June 2006 issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly stirred up plenty of speculation and "confirmation" talk after the magazine stated that a remake was in the works.
"Last year," the caption stated, "Square Enix teased everyone with that it called the 'FFVII PS3 tech demo.' Well, what do you know: This test case was really a sneak peek at a next-gen revival of the PS1 role-playing hit."
Square Enix denied the rumor as speculation: "Since the Final Fantasy VII tech demo at E3 2005, there have been a lot of rumors about the presentation hinting at an actual remake. While the June 2006 issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly confirms the remake for release in 2007, Square Enix has never stated this." The company then followed up by reaffirming the development of Final Fantasy Xi and Final Fantasy Versus Xi for the Playstation 3, as well as Final Fantasy Agito Xi for mobile devices as part of the Fabula Nova Crystallis Project.

not trying to say that it won't happen, but it doesn't seem likely. The only PS3 games I'm interested in are the Final Fantasy's, Metal Gear Solid 4, and Coded Arms Assault. But I don't think I wil be getting a PS3 until the price goes down.

Sonic the Hedgehog has already been announced for PS3. Sega are no longer in the hardware business remember.

yea seriously ff7 remake would be awesome however I don't think there any plans to do it at this time which sucks.

Im getting the Halo killer first. Killzone 2 is going to be nice(i hope). The first one was okay but this one has to be incredible.
