I am honestly shocked, I thought all the old jokes on baby rapes on /b/ was just something like well, a malicious joke, this guy just proved you can get sexually stimulated by a baby.
Poor soul has a skull fracture at such an age, kid is gonna grow up retarded now, I wonder if she the baby will even know she lost her virginity the earliest in the record books?
Of course, it is not like I don't know somewhere in the slums of the worst places in the world, this could be happening right here and now, but yeah, to hear it on the news is a whole new level.

I honestly don't think people around 12+ can be rehabilitated from their crimes, this just reinforces that belief.

^^ I think 12 is a bit young for something like that. I've changed a LOT since I was 12 years old, and not just general maturity but ... a deeper perception of reality has changed significantly.

That article is messed up, but somehow I'm not too surprised that I can't believe it.

This is not the first time I see an atrocity like this, where I used to work a similar case occurred. I can't remember if the baby died or survived, surgeons could repair her destroyed belly.

It's insane trying to explain this abnormal behavior. Drugs, metal disease, childhood trauma? This acts don't deserve to be forgiven.

-_- A very interesting article... I defiantly feel bad for the baby. The father must've had some seriously freaky parents. Most of these problems come from a screwed up childhood. I remember reading an article about a baby getting f---ed by a dog while being dragged across three lawns. (Not that you guys exactly wanted to know that, I just felt it kinda related)

I'm shocked that this has happened in America!! Though this isn't new to me, especially when I live in a country like India where women are vulnerable objects for men.

Notice the part where it said authorities arent sure about his juvenile record? This is because the record no matter how bad is esponged when they turn 18 as long as they are never tried asw a youthful offender which actually doesnt happen as often as it should. I have known 15 year old boys that molested 6 year old little girls by luring them into dark basements and nothing was done to this boy at all. I fought to get him put into an inpatient facility for child molesters but JSU would never do anything. I quit working with juvenile offenders after that. Our nation seems to be more concerned with the rights of offenders than the rights of truly innocent people. They always put the victim on trial and if they ever had sex before they are likely to be found at fault. So in this case who are they going to blame instead of the fucked up man who should have just been shot rather than taken into custody? This probably sounds extreme but I have done my time trying to reform and have learned that people like this have no redeeming quality and should just be shot rather than cost the prison systems the time to put him through trials and take care of him. What is worse, they have to give him a private cell because as odd as it sounds--other inmates do not put up with animal abusers, wife abusers and especailly kid abusers and he would probably be raped by instrumentation and shanked within a couple of days if the jail didnt protect him. Personally I think that would be true justice compared to what that baby went through and will probably go through for her entire life. I almost admire the countries that lop off a hand when people steal-oddly enough I bet if the part that was lopped off fit the crime, it may curb the crime rate a bit. You know you steal or assault someone you lose a hand, you rape you lose - well another appendage. As far as like selling drugs-I dont know maybe lose your tongue so you dont have as easy a time negotiating. Harsh huh??

But I don't think you can blame it all on the parents to blame everything on them is unfair it's so many other things. How you are inside, the friends you have as kids and the area you live in. So many other things. So many people blame it on their parents looking for someone to blame it can't be healthy.

Well to b honest im disgusted on the issue. i can believe that this would happen bc look at todays society and look on what it is coming to. our world has changed so much since well 10 yrs ago. i mean you have shootings at schools every day and drug bust and rapes and you know in my city alone i think in a week we had 8 parents leave their young children in the scorching sun of the summer w/ the windows up and so on & when i say young i mean under 1yr of age. although im not as crazy to think this stuff didnt happen b4 our time. so im not at all surprised that this happened. and im all for do your own thing sexually but mean come on. there are time you need to draw the line. it is already against him bc he had a child w/ a 15 yr old girl but to even do this to his own child whom wasnt older than 8days. it is disgusting and wrong for him to do that. my heart goes out to the child and her hurt surrounding caring relatives whom most likley didnt c this coming.

Mankind is rather sickening at times, well... most of the time. There really should be some sort of exam that new parents should take before being handed their new born child baby or preferably before conceiving it, if they fail, they shouldn't get to keep it.

At the end of the day, is this what pure, unfettered human nature is? Is this what man reverts to without being given sufficient education or moral guidance? Why does a significant portion of mankind have a default setting of vile filth that refuses to be changed, creating murderers, rapists, paedophiles, etc. It really makes me annoyed that I have to be a member of the same species as these disgusting sorts of people. These situations are probably the only time that I'd advocate a death penalty but in special situations like these, such foul creatures simply do not deserve existence.
