I'm new, and I'd like to ask if this wallpaper is okay looking. :O Constuctive criticism appreciated! :3

Constuctive criticism is hard to made on this wall.
I don't wanna sound harsh but the "wallpaper" you made is far from being finished.
The background is empty, just some sort of blue color.
The pic in the upper left corner is blurry and needs a lot of work.
Basically this wallpaper can't be titled as "Wallpaper". A good start would be to read the guide about the requirements. Next the forum sticky: http://www.animepaper.net/forums/Session-Zero/9545

how "new" are you?? i mean all you have is a face that looks like it was cut from a pic and pasted upsidedown on a blue plane...nothing special seems to be going on...have you seen the other walls on this site?? (sorry to sound so harsh but you said you wanted some constructive critism, so here they are) if you had some other images in the wall, maybe i would have some ideas for you but all you have is a face and that alone, i'm lost...
for future reference, take these suggestions into consideration:
1)who is your audience
2)what message are you trying to convey to the people you're showing this to, if possible try to tell a little story with the images that you use
3)make a few rough drafts on paper to get some ideas on what you want to do, and/or wite down the ideas so that you have a clear picture of what you want to do
4)take a look at some other walls on this site to get some ideas on what you want
5)last but not least, your ideas are the key to making this wall come alive, so let those creative thought go wild, but not too wild, and since everyone has their own unique idea, i'm sure you'll have no problem on making this one awesome wall

The quality doesn't look good, try using vector to solve this problem. Add an interesting background. Try make the image looks like at park. Color full background looks good on him.
