Who needs boys?

R3dryuuyea I realize they are really bright for the scene. I darkend the render down a lot, not sure how it looks now. I'll let you guys decide.
That was just TOO FA~R D:! last time it looked like just needed some details, but now I feel like it doesn't look natural...I'm not sure but maybe playing a little bit with brights and contrasts may help, not just taking out all the bright =)
Too dark..i have to agree...but what me bother the most is the changeover from sea to beach...since you have no real changeover i would decide to make a real border and then a street or something else then a beach or you make a smoother changeover with some lil waves runing out or something like that...it really looks strange now. I hope you understood what I'm talking about ;D
good luck
good luck
One comment from me: check your extraction. There's a few areas around their hair that could use some fixing up. And! *throws in another comment* Go back to the starscape. A water night scene seems so... bland and unnatural

Hmm...downhill....Ok I liked it better brighter Its just too dark now... I've noticed that moons tend to be yellower when they are closer to the horizon. And keep trying with the beach...I real don't like the wall it subtracts from the natural, peaceful, look you had going there.
Hehe yea thats not a border but a huge wall ^^ try to make it smaler, it's just to huge and big and if still looks unatural then you should try to improve your water-beach changeover ;) it is maybe more work but looks better probably

The border is a no no. Don't put borders around wallpapers. And I really don't like the whole nighttime beach watery theme type thing. DX. The original was fine, cept there were a few contrast and stock errors.
Wow so very negative nelleah... The Wall is supposed to be a photo in a frame. Am I wrong R3dryuu? And the theme was original the WAS nighttime and has been this whole time... I feel touched you made the moon yellower*warm fuzzies* lol! Anyway, for the beach it needs to be at a diagonal line. You might end up needing to change you water style to get it to fit with the Wall because the water needs to be coming from the west side of the Wall too... And there needs to be soft waves coming up on the beach to make a good transition from the water to the beach. Cool you made the moon reflecting on the water...but it needs to be a little more irregular instead of a straight line. Good luck, great job so far! =) Keep working on it!

The water and sand look better =) But there still needs to be a better transition from the water to the sand...gentle waves coming up onto the shore would be best...Do you know what I mean by that? The moon's reflection still needs to be more irregular. As in from side to side...left to right. And I just noticed a odd looking line along the horzison line where the sky and water meet. Great job keep it up!
Nice work so far. Here's some things you need to do, some of which may have been mentioned already.
The sand does need a more natural transition. Use a speckled white brush and try painting in some lines of surf, play with the wave filter to make them more random once you're done. Just build up several layers of low opacity and sit it on top of the water layer.
The sea itself needs to be darker, much closer to navy than ultramarine blue. As for the moon and its reflection, the circle of the moon should not have stars showing through in the dark part! Then create a selection in the shape of the crescent and fill it white, use the blur, wave and noise filters and layer it over the sea with a lowered opacity.
The moon itself should be much brighter, almost white with a soft glow. Then apply a gradient mask so the stars fade out in the lower part of the sky, towards the horizon. This will make things look a lot more natural.
You can apply a subtle blur to the sea at the horizon too, for a depth of field effect. Try making the sand closer to a desaturated beige rather than earth brown. In moonlight, everything looks dull-coloured.
For a few more tweaks that tie the wall together, try using only lilac and light blue colours applied over the starfield, similar to the two dresses the girls are wearing. Make the transitions gradual rather than abrupt. I'd also recommend losing the picture frame or trying something more metallic looking. There should be a reflection line as well as a subtle gradient in shade. And what's the white diagonal line? If it's supposed to be a reflection in the glass of a photo, try looking at Yahoo widgets for the gloss effect as a reference and try creating that effect instead.
Good luck :P

It looks better but the waves still need a little more work. The nice shimmery stuff you used for the waves would probably look good spread over the entire surface of the water...to make it look more natural. the waves need something more...but i can't think of it right now...I probably will as soon as I submitting though...they need to be more solid looking or something.....furikuu's idea to put a soft glow on the moon is a good idea too! And then brighten up the shine on the moon's reflection. Good luck!
Getting there, getting there. but the water must be much darker because it doesn't look natural at the shade of blue it is right now. the transition onto sand has undergone some pretty good improvement. making the moon's reflection a tad more obvious would be a good idea as well. the horizon is kinda too crisp so it is a bit odd in appearance. and one thing I have against your sky is how crowded it is with bright stars. i know it doesn't have to be realistic in terms of the constellations and all but the density is pretty much the same throughout the sky and that same density is too high for my liking. take away some stars in some places to create a kind of sparse connection in between clusters of stars. i hope you understand what i mean ^^ well, keep on working!
