OK,
I gust got a Rubik's cube and I got close to making one side complete.
Anyway I wish to know is there any tips and/or tricks on how to solve it.
How long did it take you to solve it ,
or if you did at all.
Is it hard for you?

I would say it's impossible if it weren't for the fact that I saw an episode of Beauty and the Geeks where the world's fastest Rubix Cube Solver solved it without looking.. It's actually a mathematical formula... >_< He memorized the patterns in about 10 seconds, counted their location and did math behind his back while twisting the cube. Tosses all possibilities of me solving one out a window.

Its not impossible. There's a pattern to it. If you do the pattern right you can solve it every time. I never learned how but one of my high school teachers knew how to do it.

The problem is i've known there's a pattern to it and that more or less killed it since I had no intention of mastering something so ridiculous in the first place :p but those people that can do it so ridiculously fast, props for being nerdy. i mean, dang, at those speeds i'm nervous of ripping it apart.
There aren't mathematical equations to it. It's just memorization of the patterns. After solving the first layer (One side + top parts of the cube along the finished side) you can solve the second layer. I think it was something like this: Face the side you want to complete
B-Bottom, L-Left side, R- Right Side, T- Turn Face|R-Right, L-Left, D-Down, U-Up
Bottom square to middle left = B-R, L-D, B-L, L-Up, T-L, B-R, T-R, B-L
Bottom square to middle right = B-L, R-D, B-R, R-Up, T-R, B-L, T-L, B-R
This -might- be wrong, and this is what I've memorized from stealing my friend's cube. I have not comprehended how to solve the first layer, but used sheer logic. I don't know how to solve the third layer but I hope this helps you.

I haven't seen a Rubiks cube in years >.> I remember I had one once in my life though XD never solved it :x I know someone at my school who can do it in like a minute though xD or so he says :/ he could be lying for all I know e.e

I managed to make 4 faces...but that took me an eternity..

Meh, it's a matter of cramming a bunch of steps into your head and applying them correctly. And there's not just one way to go about it, some solutions are easier to follow, some are made for fastest speed, and some are made specifically for robots which have limited dexterity.

Haah meh. I hateed those cubes so much!
Took me 45 mins to actually make it match the colors for each side..

Its not that hard. I learned to solve it years ago. I used a book and learned how to solve it. Im probably rusty. I need to practice it again.
All my entire life i manages only to have 2 faces doneT.T, but i will say that its like a miracle, because that was just ones ever... my brother he almost did all the faces but he said that the cube is something weird because whatever he does, there will be 2 squares that will never go to where he wants, he was thinking, that maybe the colors werent put at the same place, since the owner of the cube is not my brother and the rubik cube is of those that you receives stickers and you past it by yourself,... those ones were the very old ones i think, because now days what i see are those that the color of the square are already on... o.O!

I remember my dad telling me a story for how he got one when they first came out. And after weeks of trying to figure it out, he threw it out the window of a moving car... well w can't win them all! ^_^;
Other than that I remeber in an episode of Batman the animated seris, and Robin figured it out in like a minute....yay for him. Its a funny episode.
