The image links to the S.Z. gallery version, now on th 3rd revision. I response to the comments about brightness, I went the other way completely ^^ but did I go a little too far? You tell me ^_^; Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated, thanks =)

Mm...still too grainy in places, such as Light's corner of the wall D: i might be a huge fan of texturing, but i am primarily a design waller and adore clean. so you are going to have to put up with my fondness for smooth. xP

and could you darken the sky between L and the left edge of the wall even more? it's still kinda on the bright side for me >_< although it's great that L's face is more visible! a question though: what's that cloudy pale yellow/white stuff layered on top of L's head? (think in terms of layers, not actually above his head.)

and is it because of blending modes? because there are some funny things going on. L's outlines are not only black but also have red in it. the highlights of his hair are also yellow. the dark parts on misa are really really dark and there are also reddish stuff. glad that her skin is shaded normally with peach though. naomi is...still quite yellow. Light is too, but he's better because it seems as if a lower opacity duplicate of the clouds is on top of him. actually...both L and Light seem to fade into the bg a bit while misa and naomi have really dark and bold colors (a lot of black). intentional?

can you see some glowy edges in Light's hair because of extraction leftovers? because i see them... =X with the roughness of the lines in the scan though, it's kinda hard to extract perfectly smoothly without cutting away parts of the outline.

i know i'm being quite picky and that i just repeated a lot of what i said before...x_x so not much help from me really =/ let's see what others have to say about it.

Because in The Left Side its Looks Too Bright.

I like the high resolution - hehe. Shame my screen's old and can't do that... Anyways. I don't really see many Naomi-centered wallpapers (or whatever her name was), so this is interesting. Especially seeing all the characters in the same wall - and their placement and the coloring and lighting is good and uniform. It's a bit too bright on the left, and if you tune that down you'd have to compensate by changing the lighting on L (or, at least his face). Anyways, it's very nice - certainly better than I could do. Keep it up!

D: where did all the color go? >_< i think i miss the colors. T_T the scans now kinda fade into the bg. it fits the expressions of naomi and Light...and L is fine, but misa looks happy, not gloomy. (although i realized i said like darker/not so bright colors.)

anyway, there seems to be gray stuff on top of parts of the wall. that looks a little strange. lowered contrast gives a sense that the viewer can't see clearly. ^^; but now that it is darkened, i can see that there are extractions issues. there are leftover white stuff, for example, on naomi's left arm, her hair, Light's hair etc. there are also parts where the outline disappears, for example, a part of the staff that misa is holding.

i don't remember if you've answered this question before but where is the graininess from? *sigh* i'm sorry. i feel like a whiny little kid who complains too much. =X

*sigh* this wallpaper is turning out to be really hard to figure out for me ^_^;

I recommend you make it a smaller resolution the scan doesnt look as good being that big, you need to work a little more on the extraction around L's hair, and add some text somewhere thatll make it look more complete
