Yup when i change the tab in my browser it's like before and after filter XD nothing else there^^
actually filter is not bad but don't use it on whole wall, i suggest vector it to make nice looking character first, and also you can get acceptable resolution with that...(cause your wall has weird res)

It' the wrong size.
Minimum acceptable resolution is 1024x768. It is also just a filtered screenshot with contrast raised out of control. If you vectored all of it and make it at an acceptable resolution it'll work out. I've seen a couple of face vector wallpapers in the gallery.

Well , thank you for commenting , and I would vector the image if I knew how( since I'm a noob in working with photoshop)...and I imagine it takes some time to do that especially if you don't have a tablet...I guess I wanted to make the snapshot look better in a short time...
I don't need anymore comments so if you can please delete my post.

Well that's a cop-out if ever I saw one.
Vectoring an image is one approach. It is not the be all and end all of making a wallpaper. Generally it serves the simple purpose of cleaning or resizing an image only. In itself it doesn't make a wallpaper acceptable.
Vectoring also doesn't require a tablet. A tablet doesn't instantly make an amateur's work professional. Do not fool yourself into believing possessing a tablet will make one iota of difference as you'll generally find that it won't.
A poor tradesman blames his tools. Perhaps your time would be better spent practicing rather than making excuses.

Actually for creating common vectors (no advanced paiting effects on them) is not needed a tablet - or better said a mouse is much more suitable for it. I did a huge ammount of nice vectors with my good old mouse.
As Kath said, practice and effort is better then some expensive tablet with no skills on it.

Well...I've tried to vector the image above but the thing is it's not finished yet(don't worry I won't leave Ikuto without the eye :P)...because I kind of got blocked ...I don't know how to fill in the little spaces...so it would look good...do you like how it turned so far?...if you have time to comment please do...thx...(please try to be as gentle as gentle as possible if you do comment ...cause it might give me the negative impulse ...and I might leave it the way it is)...and by the way it took me days to make it how it is now(I know slug speed)... http://s877.photobucket.com/albums/ab335/addicted2anime123/?action=view¤t=shugocharaclosertofinishpart2copy.jpg
Is the white area part of your vector?the jagged also too much...
and why you still got small image and weird resolution? try to vector it again...

The white area it's not part of the vector...and I'll change the resolution...I got the part where you said that is not the appropriate one...It's still undone...anyway...I guess I'll keep working at it ...till it has the most good appearence.

I would interested how you vectored it actually. Is noticable that you used too low resolution, no shapes (too jaggy) and also don't understand the white parts, usually we keep each color in different layer, nope?
You might to change the vectoring tutorial or getting more practice.

Deffinetely getting more practice...if I had the time I would practice more believe me...anyway..I don't think I will be finishing this too early...it'll take I think a month ...thank you for your comments.
Use the pen-tool for better precision in your vectors. IMO you used a magic wand or the "color range" select tool.
Please read 2-3 vector tutorials found on the web to get a hang of it ^^
