The vector is good, but also I think that you could make a better background.
Since the vector is a simpler one with thick outlines, it would also reuire a background more cartoonish, not as this stock. Plus resolution is a not allowed 16:9/1920x1080. AP supports only 5:4, 4:3 or 16:10.

You could always cheat and apply a median filter at around 4pxl
on a duplicated layer and blend it in with darken or something
reduce opacity as needed
