The blue seems refreshing to me.
The scan has a visible fold down the middle. You need to move one half of the scan down to line up the linework. Then scan touch ups to hide it. The cloud composition needs to be worked and have some more faded into background and spread out. A blob of white on the bottom averts attention from the backgrounds.
