I'm thinking about doing a couple walls using mostly the same effects and backgrounds. Just trying to keep it clean and simple, it's toned down on filters, just used some gradients. Here's the second of the group, the first is incomplete at the moment.

The aspect ratio of the character art appears to be out making her appear squashed.
By transforming the characters you need to maintain the right proportions, and not sure about the character itself - seems like a doujinishi, Bleach official stuff is not know for such pantsu shots as this. Plus the background doesn't seem to match her, in such a pose is unrealistic to have a sky styled background.

The scan quality is really low and the colors aren't right on some parts.

The character is out of proportion and being on a lower-side angle we shouldn't be looking straight into the sky. If the background isn't there for the reason of looking from below than it looks like you just slapped it there. Also the gradient of the sky has different purples, but the blue in the lower right corner doesn't fit.

Wow the character is a very very bad quality
