I like the idea of having a colored center. It brings focus to what you want, although I do not like the background or the brushes. You can't tell what the background is and the brushes are just thrown there. Try thinking of a theme, or your favourite part and use that as a base to work with. It's not bad, but you know you can do better :)

I want to see what you can create.

Signatures are mandatory.

I don't like what's around the character... I don't remember the name of that effect but you really don't need it. The regular outlines of the scan will do enough.

The black line in the middle is a little too obvious and the text on top isn't as fancy as the scan is so it's not really fitting.

Like hatesyou said you won't be accepted if you don't add a sign.

I'm not a fan of the brushes you used neither and the vanishing effect on the bottom of the picture is a little strange. You should rework it a little.

In fact I like the brushes and texture but I really don't think it matches the cute and funny feeling of the scan... Maybe you should go for some cute brushes and more on the colorful side...

The background is [low quality] you should make it at least [high quality] in this community only accept [high quality wallpapers] well..i know you upload your wallpaper here ..because you want some suggestions and etc..but i'll do my best to help you..OK: if you take scan from any site..should be good quality even the background! and there's a site for high quality brushes.. www.deviantart.com you'll find a lot of great brushes and tutorials too..i'm pretty sure it'll help you.=^^=

Sorri bu ti must says the BG look very bad with the amulet amu, it just doesnt blend well together, cha know wat i mean? >_<
