opinion please?

It's my first wallpaper, and I would like to know if it's good enough to submit.

It's gorgeous! I don't say that unless it actually is, mind you. ;)
Anyway, all I see missing for a usual wall is this: a main focus. There is no "it" there, nothing that attracts your attention away from everything else. The eye candy, if you will. It's a shallow thing, because this wall has more depth than a "main eye candy" but it works out.
The buildings could work for a while, but unless the one using it is an architect, they won't be able to fully appreciate the beauty of this wall. Personally, out of pure taste, I'd have crazy creatures flying all over the image, mosters actually.
However, I think that the anime may not include those features, so that really wouldn't work.

This one like screenshot! and its low quality i don't think so it'll accept in Animepaper! you can see here from the FAQ low quality isn't accepted! make it high! and I'm sure it'll accept!
Is too small and the quality is questionable. Guess screenshot with some effects?
The one on my dev. is smaller than the real thing.
