Well, I just finished this. It's a vector from a small screen cap that I took from one of the Ranma Doco music video's. I had to actually blow it up and redraw it with the pen tool because the quality was so degraded. Also, it's much bigger then what you see on the link. Photobuket wouldn't allow me to uploaded it at it's actual size.
So, do you think it's ready to be submitted?

You made this vector?! It's amazing! You're really good at this! The clouds are very good, you chose a great pic! I hope it gets approved 
PNG is not allowed in walls, you should make it JPEG!

The background is meant to be that way. It's suppose be extremely 2D looking just like the original screen cap. Are you saying that they wont take the wall unless I change it?
Lines could me maybe a bit thinner, and would less stand out if they where colored.
Also have the feeling of having a little blur on them.

I agree with Sashinka about the background. It really looks a bit empty.
You can go on with the look you created on that wall but add some things.
Maybe some birds?
I also think that textures would be a good idea here. This way you would give your wall a bit more depth and style.
Don't forget to change the format to .jpeg and to add the required signature!
