First here is a link to the wallpaper: Astroboy Wallpaper
Now I have posted this wallpaper previously in Session Zero but, since I have drastically changed it. So, I decided to post this one separately from my original. The original in case your wondering had two Astroboys, one from the 80s and the other from the upcoming movie.
Any input on how to improve this wallpaper would be appreciated!!

Please do not take this the wrong way. I only wish to offer you some constructive criticism.
I understand you are trying to give the viewer the feeling of speed and flying. In this effort you have made things too blurry in some cases. Just because something is flying past it at break neck speed it is still moving and it is so large that it is not or not as blurry as you would think.
I would ad more depth to the image other than Astroboy it seems really flat. Remember the sky is a gradient of blues dark to light to lighter... Also because of the style you chose to go with i.e. from the up-coming movie the clouds need to be more realistic. The clouds have little to no shading...and if they do I can't tell, so it would need to be more visible. Meaning they look flat. Cloud need to have mass and presence, and form.
Example this is one of my dad's photos it is only for you to see and understand what I am talking about.
I hope that helped.

Thanks for the critique and trust me I'm won't be offended because this is why I'm here. Anyways about the clouds I was chancing it because did not use a filter to create it. Instead I decided to use the brush tool in way I have not used it before. I found the setting for the brush tool here. In other words I was experimenting so I am not surprised that my clouds look flat. So I'll take your advice and shade the clouds to them more realistic. ^_^
About the motion blur well I think its ok because it would not be any different from using a slower shutter speed on a camera while taking a picture of a fast moving object. Though, I will admit I will have to adjust the areas blurred in order to get a more realist effect. Btw this is again the first time I have used such an effect in photoshop.
Thank you again for your critique and I apprecaite the support. This post has been filtered for improved legibility #901574 Quote Report Edited by ~Triforce06 2 months 1 week ago
