Since this is my first paper attempted, I just would like to know if I've even got the beginnings of a good paper here. This was really just the result of me playing around in Photoshop, but I hope I can actually make something of it. Critiques of any kind are welcome and appreciated and if anyone would be willing to help coach me through this I would be beyond thankful.

I like it a lot! I just think the characters need to repainted. I'd say vector it but I like how they look a bit sketchy . Or you can vector them and see how the wall looks like. And wider resolutions would be awesome! I'm looking forward to seeing this finished =]

I really like it. I like the sketchiness of them as well just as Rin-chan said. I hope to see this in the gallery soon! Nice work. And yes bigger resolutions would be great. 
Nice concept but the characters need cleaning. They look pixellated as if you have taken it from a low quality source. Try to clean them or to find a higher resolution pic.

I like this sketchy look a lot^^ i would'nt verctor them. Maybe some work to clean them up. the guy on the right side seems to fade a little bit away at his feet. I would redo this.

How would you recommend cleaning them up? I'm a newbie when it comes to this field of photoshop, suggestions?

Any fonts you could suggest for the text? Also, flip the characters to the right? So the guy in the blue coat is on the rightmost edge?
