I can almost guarantee a 3rd season of Shana at this point. It is one of the most popular series at this time and the fact that J.C.Staff continue their series to reasonable lengths tells me that we will hear an announcement in the next 6months to a year.

Also, i was very happy there was a 3rd season of Zero. <3 emoticon Louise, even though you are too Tsuntsun sometimes.
