The feeling after the ending of Season 2
Ending in seasons 2 is not good because i don't see shana and sakai is really love each other......
I hope in seasons 3, event between shana and sakai is good and awesome.....

I thought both seasons had its ups and downs. The second season saw Yuji turn badass with the blutsauger and the fight with Sabrac was epic. The ending was weaker compared to the first season because it was condensed into two episodes and it didn't really advance the story much. I in fact didn't feel both endings on both seasons were very strong because it ended up making me want more. I want to see the trinity get their ass cracked and somehow end very spectacularly. I liked Kazumi but I liked Shana more, I'm really curious as to how much closer Yuji and Shana can get, since they had a pretty good relationship going into the second season as it was. I was glad JC Staff kept Shana's tsundereness and I sure as hell hope all that isn't lost even after Shana and Yuji officially start dating, since Shana's tsundereness is one of the best parts of this anime. I was glad to see the story develop somewhat, with a little more insight on the Silver and Pheles and Johan's relationship with the Reiji Maigo. Heck, that one was big question I had in the back of my mind...why was the Reiji Maigo created and by who etc. Despite that, I felt it kind of lacking in terms of explaining each character's of the trinity, like their past and whatnot. I'm looking forward to season 3, and I sure hope they don't mess up Shana's personality and hope they explain the character's past, for those that haven't been explained yet.
Best line in season two from Shana: "Kazumi, teach me how to make babies"

My feeling is that if they make a third season, hopefully there will be more character development other than random battles. Also, my slight detest for Satou is gone, since in the end he went to the Outlaw to help.

All i can say is i cannot wait for a season three. Shakugan no Shana was the first anime i watched and i fell inlove with the story line and with shana and the characters in the series. Season two was incredible
Well i think that is going to be a third season, but i dont like the second one

This series never got anywhere. no conclusion or anything. i hate anime in which characters obviously like/love another character but never actually say it.

Its been mentioned but I will state it too since I feel the same.
The ending episodes for season 2 failed...
they finally got to showing Silver and they ran out of time it felt...
I mean they tried to start something new in a time frame they knew they couldn't do it in. They should have saved that silver stuff for the season 3 and ended it by either of the 2 methods:
1- Ended it right after the Sabrac battle. That just had the finisher feeling to it and everything. The music, the climax, the resolution. It was all there.
or
2 - Made one more episode after that battle, the OVA special episode like in season 1, in which you have the whole love letter thing in which they could leave it as a cliffhanger end with Yuji standing at the North/South sign deciding which way to go.
Then Season 3 could start with the whole interruption as he is about to choose who to go to; Leaving plenty of episodes to do whatever with the whole Silver thing, instead of him seeming lame like he was in the final episode moments... blah, one-hit... done.
So yea season 2 end was disappointing. Lets hope season 3 has a better come around.

The development of the plot was slow and rather sloppy. I really didnt dig the @~ND season as much as the first and i was just disappointed with the anding. I hope they improve the 3rd season or else they wont be able to fix their mistake in the development of the 2nd season. On the other hand, i really like pheles. i dunno why, maybe because she's cute. And yuji not being a worthless monkey was an improvement

The series had little divelopment and it never went anywhere. I hate anime like this. I also hated when Shana would say whe loves him something happens and he doesnt hear it.

The ending did leave off rather open ended, so is the production of a third season decided or pending?
The romantic tension was gone when Yuji's decision was made apparent, and it seemed as if the second season was mostly about developing the characters' romances rather than addressing the threat at hand of the Denizens (the Japanese escapes me), which was a larger focus in the first season. Thus, the third season, resonably, may elaborate upon Shana and Yuji's romance, but will likely focus on the action and the whole ordeal with the Crimson Lords.
Lamies did not actually appear at all throughout the second season, and that disappointed me. However, I must admit that there would be little relevance as to why he would appear again.
The bit about Silver made no sense. Okay, so it's an experiment manifest by the Professor, that part I have no qualms with, but the incident with it being infused with the memories of that new transfer student (the name escapes me again, I am horrid with names, from now on * shall indicate the fact that I have forgotten the name of that particular) had no relation to Margery's incidence. Thus, it begs the question, is this actually Silver or a Silver copy? Also, assuming it is the real Silver, he seems to have a relation to the assassin (*) or the Reiji Maigo intimately. This means that the assassin has a longstanding contract with that group of Crimson Lords (* er, the one with Hecate) after the Reiji Maigo and that particular group has been after the Reiji Maigo for quite a long time. An alternative is that the Professor was disassociate from that group and contracted the assassin for his own needs and Margery's incident with Silver may have been a test run for the Professor.
In addition, Yoshida's little trinket, that Hougu (*) she got from Yohan's lover (*), merely served as a tool for Yoshida to examine her commitment to Yuji more closely, but it was not actually used. In the incidence that there is a third season, it may be interesting to see what role that Hougu will play considering Yoshida is, assumedly, heartbroken, if it even plays a part.
All in all, it was decent. The romance tapered off fine, but there's still that unknown of what happens to those darned instigators of the entire ordeal. However, it was a cut below the first season.
That's enough of my ramblings for now.

I've seen that Shana was more lovely whit Yuuji, but not so lovely because she trained whit yuuji very hard and when yuuji was whit yoshida a complete day, shana was angry whit yuuji xD. Shana blushed herself when yuuji said something beautifull of she n_n
