After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

What are your thoughts? I've been watching Adult Swim since it debuted, as Cartoon Network is the only channel I have on Dish Network that (used) to play Anime, after they cancelled Toonami (mentioned in a previous thread). now Adult swim only has Anime on Saturday nights after midnight. For like 3 hours.

King of the Hill?
Squid Billies?
Xander Renagade Angel?
Time & Eric?
ATHF?

Are there really people out there who enjoy these shows? It's gotten to the point I watch Family Guy, American Dad, and the occasional Robot Chicken. What about you guys?

Well i know how you feel about the whole anime thing only for like 3 hours. well I do actually like ATHF its kinda good but the rest of the show on there are so dumn and not worth watching. It also sucks that the only show anime for one day of the week. Thats all i got.Down with all those crap show's they are putting out these days. I believe that Adult swim has lost its roots from anime. Well bye bye

It never only ran on Saturdays just playing anime. It was originally a sunday-night only that did reruns on Thursday nights starting back in 2001.

Anyways, Adult swim now is prety lame, and not because it's lacking in anime. I never really watched anime on TV for editing reasons. I, like you Frozenlaughs, only really watch family guy and American dad with the occasional robot chicken. I'll also once and a while watch an episode of superjail or aquateen. ANYTHING from Tim and eric makes me angry because it's pretty terrible. Tom goes to the mayor was the first hint at that. I have friends that work at radical axis, which is the only reason I'll watch something like Aquateen or squidbillies (which CAN be funny if you live in Georgia...but usually is not). I wish they'd put on home movies during the good hours again, and futurama. I used to complain i was sick of them, but now i wish theywould bring them back.

King of the Hill, why oh why.

The show wasn't bad..for the first season. Even then, it was more of hit and miss. It's the same with American Dad. I found it to be more of a hit and miss as well and I just can't seem to get into Robot Chicken. There are certain parts that I will admit are pure gold, but the rest I'm not a big fan of.

I'm not sure how in the hell SquidBillies got green lit, considering it was suppose to be released a few years before it was and then wasn't, probably due to universal panning, but still ended up being released. Xander, I'm not even going to try to watch.

I don't know, I think Adult Swim has decided that they need to be different, so they are going for just plain screwed up and bizzare as oppose to what they originally started with. ATHF and Sealab were bizzare, but they were humorous as well. Harvey Birdman had the similar elements, but they rarely crossed that line that shouldn't be crossed. I feel far too many of the new shows do so, which in turn has caused me to turn away from watching them. Which brings me to another point. Why in the hell are Tim and Eric allowed to produce television shows? They aren't funny. Tom Goes to the Mayor was decent at best, but anything else they've done is just beyond the point of comprehension.

That and getting rid of their Saturday night anime lineup. You know, it would of done better if they would of actually gotten some newer titles. Not everyone likes Bleach and Death Note, AS. You were so great when you gave us Pilot Candidate and so many others that first year, so what the hell happened?

Getting Sick? More like been sick of. Adult Swim hasn't been good since around 2005-2006 nor will they return to their days of glory before those years.

I'll admit I watched Futurama and a few other shows, And I LOVE Venture bros. I'll always watch that, the rare times it's on. It's nice to know i'm not the only one hurting on it.

I will honestly admit that I didn't watch the station much for the past few years and last year I didn't even watch it at all. I found that their shows were starting to lack creativity and just became very obscure. A few of their shows kept me there, but not enough to keep me a avid fan until last year where I completely stopped watching.

I love how they aired the hell out of Futurama before Comedy Central got their hands on it. I found that to be absolutely hilarious and no one can forget about the Venture Bros.

GO TEAM VENTURE!

Adult Swim should go back to the older days. The Friday lineup they had last year was pretty. Now it's complete crap. And Saturdays could use some changes as well (And of course by that, I mean more anime!!)

(Simply by talking about this, they're likely to change their schedule......... again.....)

I stopped watching Adult Swim way back when the first started running "The Boondock" (I think that's how you spell it.) I've tried to watch Adult Swim several times but it seems that during the time I was gone they got even more ridiculous show. Who ever runs Adult Swim has become lazy with their interpretation of funny.

Ya, the Venture bros., Home Movies and Mission Hill rock! King of the Hill is okay, Futurama moved to Comedy Central :( , SquidBillies suck, Robot Chicken is funny but getting old, and Xander will I'm with CrimsonCyanide on that one.

Also the reruns of Death Note, Cowboy Bebop, and Fullmetal Alchemist are cool but lame. Get some new anime or rerun Evangelion, the last time they showed it was in 2004.

Personally, I like watching King of the Hill, and Family guy is the only show on AS that I get excited about watching. (TWO episodes, who can complain about that?) And honestly, I think robot chicken is hilarious.

Drinky crow, wow, where did that show come from? It just kinda appeared out of the blue. That crow is so cute, but that show is so grotesque and bloody. o_O I hate that stupid monkey.

Seriously, don't even freaking bother sitting through the 30 minute slop known as Xavier Renegade Angel. It's got to be the stupidest show known to man, right next to Tim and Eric, Tom goes to the Mayor and Delocated (WTF?) The only reason I stay up through all that crap is to watch Mission Hill, annoyingly positioned right at the end.

Look around you is.. interesting. And the PJ's is stupid too.

Kinda miss futurama.. and milk chan, and lupin the 3rd.

Why, adult swim, why?

Nope, it Was Sunday night only with reruns on Thursday, and then it added the every night line-up which originally included anime, but later anime was pushed to be on just Saturday nights, and now it's pretty much gone. I started watching adultswim in 2001 when it was airing home movies, the brak show, sealab, space ghost etc.

You can even check the wiki which is where I verified my info before posting.
