I can't submit scans...

The last time I've submitted a scan was 4-5 days ago. Today I've tried to submit a new scan (several times) but it didn't work. I always get this error site:

At present it appears to be a configuration issue. It's being looked in to.
In addition to the error when one tries to submit a scan, which I just got when I tried, is the queue still backed up? I have about six scans I submitted shortly after the site came back up and I did get the message saying the scan was accepted. But I have yet to actually see the scans or get a notice of rejection.
I'm pretty sure it's been at least two days. And I was curious to know if once the error is fixed if I would need to re-submit them. Or should I just wait a little longer seeing that things still are not back to normal yet.
Anyway, thanks in advance for your help.

Well I guess you have all answered my question. I am also getting the forbidden screen. I suppose I'll try and submit tomorrow and see what happens.
I have bin having the same problem. So I am going to wait until tomorrow and try again.

The issue has been resolved.
I've the same problem too!

I've another problem :/

Clear your cache and try again.
I cleared my cache but it did not work again :/

I suspect your scan is larger then the 12MB maximum. If this is the case please consider what scans are intended to be used for and optimise the image appropriately. If this isn't the case please host the image (as in the file you're trying to submit) and provide a link so that we may test ourselves.
Before this one, I succesfully uploaded 2 Vectors less than 800KB in size. Here http://moutonzare.free.fr/Tokine.png the size is 1,7MB so it should be fine but it did not work :/ Thanks for your quick answer ^^

I'm able to reproduce the error using your image meaning its something to do with the image itself. I'm testing a few other things to see if I can find something more specific.
Even after reoptimising the image (and shedding a few hundred KB off the size it still fails leading me to believe the issue is with png files. I've forwarded the error onto the developers.

Thanks. My image was generate with inkscape like the 2 others.

The issues been corrected. A test upload of your image was successful.
