It was rejected because of the extraction but i fixed it now does it look good?

The gridlike background doesnt really match. Everything is alo a tad too bright. Just uh... Add a new layer and fill it black (#000000) then blend it to soft light and adjust the contrast... *shrugs*

Like i always say, too bright. tone down the brightness. >_< the extraction looks okay, but it's a bit bright to tell fully. so spare us some retina cells please! xP
as well, the location of the text, one part to another, is not quite well done. they look completely detached. the fonts are not quite exciting either.
as to the bg, the imanimetions' tutorial wings look nice, but the rest of the bg seem a bit cluttered and doesn't quite add to the scan...it doesn't tell the viewer much. if you are going for a fairy/fantastical world, the grid would be somewhat ill-fitting...i'm not sure.
just random tidbits for your consideration. ^^;

It still needs to be darker, but i'd darken the character and the bg at differen't levels, separately. the bg can be darkened more than the character, as you would want her to stand out a bit. currently, some parts of her fade right into the bg. so work with the brightness some more.
Anything else? should i submit it after i tweek the brightness
If you can upload the tweaked version that would be helpful so we can judge if it's still too bright/dark or if you're all set. Other than that I nothing comes to mind.

I like it, but the thing is, my opinion the wings (or i think it is...) stands out too much. I think it stands out too much because there is barely no outline of the original scan...
