My first wall, need some feed back

Well its my first wall and I don't know whats wrong
I personally I think something needs to be done with the scan but I'm not sure what. I asked a friend of mine for advince and he said to change the color of the arrows in the background and this was the resault.
I dunno if I should keep em like they were or go with color, I need more oppinions in this matter.
If you have anything els to point out, go ahead, constructive criticism is always good. :P

i like more the first version... it blends better..
about the scan.. you need to fix it.. get a better extraction and clean it...
here are some easy tutorial to follow...

about the background.. i think you should get rid of the glow that you put around everything... (on the texts.. and the small lines near the texts)

Currently there is no good visual flow in the background. Try including some defining shapes that help the viewer focus on a point in the wallpaper that you've chosen. Backgrounds should help a scan stand out while not being a visual attraction on its own.

Well, i've been working some more on the wall now and thought about what you guys said and this is how it turned out.
Need to know what ya think, if its an improvement or a step in the wrong direction, its up to you guys to decide.

Add fire to her hair? IF you could make it look nice it would almost certainly turn out pretty nice :D
When you first showed it to me you said something was missing. Now when you've changed it seems more... focused. Yes, it's more like a "whole" picture.
I'm not so sure of that, it might get a little, overdone. Too much, if you catch my drift. *wink wink* On the other hand it could do some extra spice to the scan. If you make it so it doesn't stand out that much it could work fluently. Still I think that the part on the bottom left where it says "Flame Haze" should be a bit more, at least a bit bigger, but that's just something I like personally.
I like what you've done with her hands, so she's more "crawling" as you said. Much better.

You need clean the scan, I love the back ground but dont change the colors of the arrows
