I don't know how to achieve these effects. I was wondering if anyone could find a tutorial that has those for me. =D

A) Get photoshop.
b) Play around in it.

c) Google is your friend, check out the tutorial section, should be enough to keep you busy for a while.

Like Taurec said with the Google thing, real easy, when I went looking for lightning and burst effencts all I did was search for "Photoshop lightning" and "Photoshop light burst" and there where some good tutorial in the first couple results so you could try that out and see if you can find one for teh swirls.
