Yup in every anime, there is definitely a kawaii character ^_^
I can say that Lacus Clyne (Gundam Seed/Destiny) and Tea (Gin iro no Olynssis) are really kawaii...I still got a couple more fav kawaii characters ;)

There's almost always a kawaii character in all anime series :P Perhaps except from the characters in Berserk, all of em soo ugly.. :D

Hmm...Strictly "kawaii," I'd have to say its a toss-up between these two for me:
Chi from Chobits: Yes, I want a Chobit, and yes, I'd do very, very bad things if I had one.
Mone from Yumeria: Who cares if she's loli? I loved Yumeria for its satirical slant on all the various anime cliches, and Mone is cute as hell.

Hunny from Ouran. He is the sweetest most adorable character I've laid my eyes on =D
Belldandi from Ah/Oh My Goddess is definitely kawaii. She's sweet, she's kind, she's cute. Heck, even the main character, Keiichi, calls her kawaii in the first OAV.
I never found any anime character that looked so cute that you'll want to hug them so tightly that they sufficate by the time you're done. Besides, this thread goes in the list section and the mods will close it soon.
