Midori no Hibi manga licensed then saved
Yeah pretty much what the title says, pretty dissappointed since there was only one more volume left but i guess we'll see what SC decides to do. If they're close to finishing a project they'll often put up a torrent or put it on the site for a few days then remove it completely. Not sure if that'll happen this time though. I was in their irc channel not too long ago and word from someone on the staff was that the MnH TL or editor (can't remember which) hates the series so don't count on the last volume anytime soon. This was before the licensing as well so who knows.MÄR was also licensed by Viz so that takes away another SC project heh.

Perfect timing, as always.I just hope that Snoopy and friends decide to actually release the remaining chapters. I KNOW they had it in their possession.Knowing them, they will probably pull the plug on MnH. A damn shame, really.

DAMMIT!!!! Of all the timing.....*throws chairs and tables all over the place*It not only one volume left. It's less than that since the first chapter of volume 8 was released earlier. I don't know about them but this would give me the motivation to start finishing scanlating the remaining chapters and distribute it ASAP. Once it's distributed, they can call it quits for MnH. It's out of their hands, then.

Maybe they wanted to hold out on us until the last moment? Or maybe they are just taking their time.

MnH suggested as part of the release but someone from the staff said not to expect it anytime soon since the TL hates working on it heh. Thought i had a log for it but i must have deleted my logs before my end of year reformat.

They've done it in the past before for Psychic Academy where they released the last 2-3 volumes sometime around its licensing. They left it up for one day and they took it down. I was so pissed when i found out the next day......
Thankfully SC did decide to finish off the series, the last few chapters were released today. I'd suggest picking them ASAP since there's no idea how long the torrent is going to be up. Off to read the ending!

I finally got it and read all of it. I was somewhat disappointed but it's all good. Should we make a new thread discussing the manga as a whole? Don't wanna spoil it for other people... Oh this reminds me, I should change my title.Well, it's good that SC stuck with it with that "fuck it I don't see anything" attitude. Hellz yeah.Again, should I proceed to make that new thread or just keep it in here and just make those annoying spoiler boxes?
Well there's only like 5 of us discussing on this thread, i could just change the title on the first post to something like Midori no Hibi ending or something lol. Your call though, i'll go with the flow either way.

It's your call. I'm just happy that SC decided to complete it.All I can say is that the manga ends the title on a much better note than the anime. Heck...there's even a tear-jerker part included right before the end. Almost made me cried.Wouldn't say that I'm dissappointed since it made me felt sad and happy again in the end. Didn't felt too rushed too unlike the manga.

I felt that the ending was just like the anime. Nothing too special really... except the hesitating part, which I felt the anime did a better job of expressing.As for Seiji finally telling Midori that he loved her, BIG FUCKING PROPS TO HIM. It's like, damn finally!! Too bad it took something as drastic as her leaving him to get him to say that.And finally, he wanted her to stay on his arm forever and that he would forever miss those days when she was on his arm and they were together all the time. I mean, why not just marry her? All the same...
