It's about half and half. More of them are older than me though. ^^
Most are younger, but only by a year. Of course I look way younger than them. People always think I'm someone's younger sister or something. It's funny.
Most of my friends are close to my age but most are about a year older than me. (They're all going to college now and leaving me behind as a senior *sniff*)
My friends are all older than me physically by about... five years at least. My youngest friend is just turned 17 (am 17 1/2), and then my other friend is 22. My oldest friend is 52, heh. I enjoy the company of "elders" (though am older than them for the most part), heh.

Hmmm well when I was younger I hung out with older people. These days they seem to be younger although I do have a few older friends right now.

I hang out with both older people and younger people. I don't think age has much to do with friendship. I usually hang around with older people online because younger people on the Internet tend to be ignorant and rude little kids or teenagers. =P At school, however, there are a lot of extremely intelligent kids both younger and older than me. It's great to share experiences and ideas with younger people because they'll enjoy it almost as much as I do. It's also a fantastic feeling when a person older than I am, takes the time to teach me something or try to mature me. I don't have any real life friends who are past college though. =P
Most of my close friends in real life are around my age, but, many of my online friends are older than me =D

Most of my friends are guys in both places, but I have alot of girl-friends too. here people are like three years older than me at the most, but there are exceptions.. there are a few that are younger.. ^^
My frends are allmost all yonger the me, kinda makes me feel like an old man.
Most of my friends are younger since I am one of the older students in my grade. Also, I make friends with my brother's friends so they are a huge chunk of the younger friends. And then there are younger girls who just come in packs of six or seven at a time and I get to know them. However, most of my closer friends are older since I do seek advice when tough times come around.
Almost all my friends are older than I am. I really dont mind since age doesnt define maturity. I love younger people too, they're fun to hang out with because they tend not to have developed all those hang-ups adults tend to have.
